Trov

Trov is a location-based food marketplace platform that connects local food sellers with hungry customers. Designed specifically for the U.S. market, Trov makes discovering, ordering, and picking up food as seamless as possible. After placing an order, customers can pick up their meals within the deadline set by each seller.
Trov revolves around two intuitive mobile apps — one for customers and one for sellers.
For Sellers:
After submitting key details like address and bank information and receiving approval from the Trov team, sellers can list menu items, set their prices, and define time slots for food availability and pickup. Once set, they’re ready to start selling.
For Customers:
By simply registering, customers gain access to an interactive map where they can view local food sellers and available dishes based on their current location. They can select quantities, complete payment, and head to the seller’s location to collect their food — all before the seller’s specified pickup deadline.
Built with U.S. restaurants in mind, Trov leverages Stripe for secure customer payments and seller account management. For real-time updates, including order notifications, new followers for sellers, or updates from followed sellers, Trov uses OneSignal for efficient push notifications.
